The James Hardie siding product does not last and the company does not stand behind its products. Ten years ago we put James Hardie siding on our new home. The product has chipped, chalked up, and dramatically faded. I request that they stand behind the promise of the product and marketing. The warranty rep made a pathetic offer and was very flippant about the facts. I'm so disappointed and wish I would never have used James Hardie products. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I've been here a few times, flatbed load, never had to wait like these other reviews. Longest I waited was 3 hours after arriving with 6 trucks in front of me. They knocked it out pretty quick. Tarping is a pain with no wind break to park by, watch out for the geese though, I got bit by one that didn't like my N-14 clacking away while I was strapping the load down lol. Friendly staff also.
