  I went in for a color correct on a balayage, we decided I would come back in 2 week for her to put lowlights throughout the length so it looked more natural. She ended up recoloring everything back to brown with twice the damage and a very squared haircut. All together I paid $190...with nothing to show for it except bangs and severely damaged hair. I very unhappy with the entire experience.
